I’m a certified Trauma-Informed Life Coach and somatic practitioner - but let’s be real, titles don’t mean much if you’re still feeling stuck, heavy, or like you’ve tried all the “self-help” stuff and nothing sticks.

Here’s the truth: most of us are running on old wounds, patterns, and BS stories we don’t even realise we’re carrying. My job? To help you actually see them, take self-responsibility, and build the kind of habits and identity that feel aligned — not forced.

This isn’t about fixing you (you’re not broken). It’s about peeling back the layers, regulating your nervous system, and creating change that actually lasts. Messy, real, human change.
