Prior to the session, indvidually the souple will complete a short form outlining where they are currently at in their own personal life and where they would like to be.
🌀 From here I create a beautiful 2 hour session which will include:Movement & Breathwork
Journalling practices
Couples Connection
Relaxation Visualisation and Meditation
Offered space to connect, enjoy some snacks and tea together
You get to relax together in a stress free environment, enjoy each others company and also get the experience of learning about each other. All practices can be done outside the session to enjoy again and on your own.

Is it woo woo?
- Emily is a trained Life Coach and Somatic practitioner who will teach us about the mind and body. Yes, there will be candles and insense (optional) but mostly it will be a relaxing 2 hour experience for us both to enjoy togetherWhat if I cry, I don’t want to cry in front of Emily/ A stranger?
- It is a safe space created for us to connect to our bodies and slow down. If you cry, perhaps you need to? It is a private, safe and judgement free space. Emily is a professional and can be trusted.
And if they are not into it, that is also okay. You can attend a Private or Group Mindfulness Session which is open to all genders to experience.

This is a focused session where for the initial part speak about:
- Where you are currently situated in life
- What impacts you
- Where you feel limited, overwhelmed or in pain.
We then spend the remainder of the session working with the subconscious mind. This is accessed through nervous system regulation techniques.
We release limiting beliefs, decisions, releasing past and stored emotions and creating new neural pathways to support you moving forward.You have the answers within you, I simply guide you to find them.
