Trained as a Mindset coach & Sacred space holder, I have truly found a path that feels aligned. In my life I have always been a connector, wherever I have travelled to and lived, meeting and understanding new and beautiful people has come with ease. I have a genuine interest and curiosity for life, I enjoy the stories and asking the right questions to deepen someone into their heart, their truth. I never knew this about myself until I began to reflect. My own path has been a wild ride of heartbreak, health problems, finacial stress, career hurdle - otherwise known as the life expereince! But what I have began to offer myself and what I intend to do with all I guide is offer perspective, insight and deeper understanding that we truly can change our minds, our lives and our outcomes.

Having trained in Neuro linguistic programming, Hypnosis, EFT and Neural energetic rewiring - I am now offering 1:1 and group experiences in the hopes to build community, deepen the connection to self and to others.

I am honest and open about my own life experiences, I use tools and resources I embody and continue to stay curious about my own life.
