When we work together we focus on 3 keys steps in creating change.

First step: Observation - Figuring out what is repeating that you no longer want to continue, stories in your mind, patterns and behaviours. This step is about learning, seeing and simply building your self awareness.

Second step: Support - Once you are able to observe yourself, you can then begin to accept multiple versions of yourself. This is deeply healing and where we begin to build trust and take our own guidance from the heart, rather then the mind.

Third Step: Action - This is the journey. Taking all of the learnings of observing your self, supporting yourself and then stepping into the world with a new perspective. When taking action is where we find resistance and uncomfortability, this is where a guide can support you to keep you accountable.

When the uncomfortability arises, this is when having someone there for you, who knows your truth can support you in coming back to the version of yourself you are stepping into.

Single Session

  • Whats included:

    🌀 Online or In-person session x 90 minutes
    🌀 Relaxation of the body & mind
    🌀 Release & Reframe of current limiting beliefs, patterns & behaviours that are are a problem within your life.
    🌀 Recorded somatic technique to use outside of the session

  • This is a focused session where for the initial part speak about:
    - Where you are currently situated in life
    - What impacts you
    - Where you feel limited, overwhelmed or in pain.

    We then spend the remainder of the session working with the subconscious mind. This is accessed through nervous system regulation techniques.

    We release limiting beliefs, decisions, releasing past and stored emotions and creating new neural pathways to support you moving forward.

    You have the answers within you, I simply guide you to find them.

    • Suffering from the feeling of being stuck

    • You feel too busy to look after yourself

    • Knowing what you have to do, feeling informed yet not doing it, not taking action

    • Are you unsure about where you are going and what you are doing, perhaps seeking clarity

    - Feeling like you just need someone to talk to who can understand your view

      I am not a therapist, I am a certified life coach and Sacred Space holder who has been through my own experiences which I have learnt and grown from and still continue to. These tools offer you to your own wisdom that lives within you.

The Experience

  • Support. A safe, confidential and judgement free space where you can feel safe to speak or answer questions. As a truama informed coach, I educate myself in offering an understanding space.

  • Generally when our session begins we touch base, connect and then with simple direcitons you are guided to create a calm state throughout the body

  • Education. You can walk away from 1 or 7 sessions feeling like you were offered support on how to move ahead.

  • Release. Often we are so distracted that we do not give ourselves a moment to feel. In this space we create safety to listen and feel the emotional body, offering big or small release to big emotions that were once stuck.

  • A new way of trusting and listening to yourself. When using techniques of Meditation, Visualisation and Hypnosis, we are able to access the subconscious mind to gain new insights and perspectives to our past.

  • Authenticity. I am all about having a laugh in this life and being real and authentic. I will only ever share from a place of knowing and use NLP to guide you into uncovering your own truths.
